October 2015 Sales Report

System-wide sales as reported by the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors MLS.  Year over year, the month of October shows an increase in number of sales with a modest increase in overall prices.  As in most years since 2008, June still shows the peak time of the year for home sales.
