NOW is the time to sell your house!!!

Every year since 2008, average and median home prices were the highest in the month of June.  In order to have a June settlement your home should be on the market NOW and under contract sometime during May and preferably before the 15th.  This way you can cash in at the historical top of the market for the past 8 years.
