I told you before - PRICES ALWAYS SPIKE IN JUNE.  But in order to have a settlement in June your house SHOULD BE UNDER CONTRACT THE END OF MAY.  You don't have any time to lose.  List your house at a reasonable price and it should sell quickly at this time of the year.  Need an appraisal to know the proper listing price?  Call me today.  I can help.
